1. Consent to Communications

You consent to receive SMS and/or email messages from us for purposes including customer care, appointment scheduling, property updates, and service details. Message frequency may vary. Standard message and data rates may apply.

2. Opting Out

You may opt out at any time:

  • Text STOP to unsubscribe from SMS messages
  • Click “unsubscribe” in any email we send
  • Contact us at (317) 588-3300

3. Message Delivery

We do not guarantee message delivery or timeliness. Network delays, carrier restrictions, or technical errors may occur. You are responsible for any charges imposed by your mobile carrier.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse our messaging service. This includes but is not limited to unauthorized access, spamming, or interference with the service.

5. Privacy

Your use of our service is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

6. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to change these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the messaging service constitutes your acceptance of those changes.
